HealthMatch Services began recruiting physicians in 1998, but the building of relationships within the medical community began long before that. Our extensive “in-house” experience includes working for two major hospital systems in Texas. Our 24 years recruiting experience enables us to better understand both the needs of physician candidates and our hospital and physician clients. Add to that our broad marketing and operational experience in all of the markets we serve and you have a winning combination to make the perfect match.

HealthMatch Services recruits for all specialties and takes a different approach to placing physicians in the right situation. We make every effort to understand each physician’s needs and work hard to match those needs to the right location and opportunity. We take great pride in our integrity and want to assist physicians find positions in places they will be happy to call home.

HealthMatch Services will not submit a CV anywhere without the physician’s permission and knowledge. Assistance can also be provided with licensing and CV editing upon request.
