Seeking Dermatologist to join large MSG in Western TN. Three on staff. Additional physician required due to increased patient load. General Dermatology - Mohs not required. New physicians to this group are salaried the first year. That salary is negotiable based on level of experience. Beginning with the second year, the physician is compensated on a productivity-based pay formula. In addition to a competitive first-year salary, The clinic provides many fringe benefits that would not be available in some other practices. They include: Malpractice insurance, stock ownership, health insurance for physician and family, life insurance on physician/family, disability policy, vacation, educational leave, educational monies, sabbatical leave, monthly automobile allowance, profit sharing & 401K.
