Seeking Hospitalist to join large MSG in Western TN. Currently Six full-time Hospitalists - Plus, one physician who does part-time clinic and part-time hospital. We are building this program with goal to reach around 10 full-time Hospitalists. New physicians to this group are salaried the first year. That salary is negotiable based on level of experience. Beginning with the second year, the physician is compensated on a productivity-based pay formula.
