Multi-specialty group in Northern Indiana seeking Pain Management Physician for Clinic-based practice. 100% pain management; affiliated with an ambulatory surgery center. Large internal referral base of 50+ physicians.  Pain management fellowship required, must have training in spine procedures, vertebraplasty, pain pumps, interventional pain procedures, and medical management. Clinic 2/½ days per week – 30 to 40 patients per day; ASC – 2 days per week 10 – 15 patients daily. Average 400-450 visits and/or procedures per month. No ER call. Partnership oppty, full benefits.
